Small space.
Thoughtfully made.

The charm of an original shepherd’s hut, with the comforts that make a few nights away feel easy.

The comfortable bed inside Mabel

Inside Mabel

Your own little
home from home.

A cosy bed for two, fresh linen and heating for cooler nights. Mabel is an original shepherd’s hut, with timber walls and a character all of her own.

There’s TV and Wi-Fi when you want to tune in, and a deck outside when you’d rather switch off.

The private bathroom adjacent to the hut

A few steps away

A proper kitchen.
A lovely shower.

Your private kitchen and bathroom are in the adjacent building, not inside the hut. There’s a large walk-in shower, and a kitchen with basic supplies and a combination microwave, grill and oven.

The separate cinema room has reclining chairs for two: a lovely option for a cooler evening.

Mabel’s outdoor space and private deck

Outside, just for you

A garden.
A view.
A slower evening.

Your own gated garden, outdoor seating, a BBQ and firepit. Look across the fields, say hello to the occasional sheep, and make the most of a little time outside.

There’s parking for your stay and secure space for bikes. Up to two small or medium-sized dogs are welcome at no extra charge, subject to the current policy being confirmed when you book.
